During my time at the Department of Health, I created numerous graphics throughout the pandemic, as part of communications to the public. One particularly successful example explained the two key differences between PCR and lateral flow tests, which were at the time causing confusion amongst the public. The graphic was used across the NHS, by MPs and was later adapted and used by the BBC.
